Terms of service
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through FluffSquatter at fluffsquatter.com.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. About us
FluffSquatter is an independent UK-based online pet product retailer.
For questions about these terms or an order, contact:
Email: hello@fluffsquatter.com
2. Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.
Product colours, appearance and packaging may vary slightly from images shown on screen due to photography, display settings or minor manufacturing variations.
For personalised products, the final result may vary slightly depending on the photograph, artwork and customisation information supplied by the customer.
All products are subject to availability.
3. Pet product safety
Pet toys and accessories should always be used appropriately and under suitable supervision.
Customers are responsible for choosing products appropriate for their pet’s size, age, behaviour and chewing habits.
Pet toys are not indestructible. Products should be inspected regularly and removed from use if damaged or if loose parts present a potential hazard.
Nothing in this section limits our legal responsibilities for faulty or unsafe products.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
The total price payable, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete checkout.
We may change product prices from time to time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
5. Promotions and discounts
Promotional offers, discount codes and Early Bird offers may be subject to specific conditions, expiry dates, minimum spend requirements or stock availability.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or promotional errors, subject to applicable consumer law.
Promotions will be presented clearly and transparently. UK online sellers are expected to provide clear pricing, delivery costs and truthful promotional information before an order is placed. GOV.UK
6. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorised
- There is an obvious pricing or product information error
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity
- We cannot fulfil the order for another legitimate reason
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.
7. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Your order will not normally be processed until payment has been successfully authorised.
8. Delivery
We currently focus on delivery within the United Kingdom.
Current delivery options include:
Standard UK Delivery: £4.99
Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch
Express UK Delivery: £6.99
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch, where available.
FREE Standard UK Delivery is available on qualifying orders of £40 or more.
Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.
9. Pre-orders
Some seasonal products may be sold on a pre-order basis.
Where a product is a pre-order, the expected dispatch date will be clearly shown on the product page.
For the current Christmas Advent Calendar collection, UK dispatch is planned to begin from 9 November 2026.
By ordering a pre-order product, you acknowledge that the item will not be dispatched immediately.
If an expected dispatch date changes materially, we will provide updated information where reasonably possible.
10. Personalised products
Personalised products are created using the information, photographs or customisation selections supplied by the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking names, spelling, photographs and other personalisation information before submitting an order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at hello@fluffsquatter.com.
We may be able to make changes if production has not started, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Clearly personalised or made-to-specification products may be excluded from ordinary change-of-mind cancellation rights, although rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
11. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Eligible non-personalised purchases may be cancelled and returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Our standard policy provides a 14-day cancellation period for eligible online purchases.
Personalised products are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns where they are made specifically to the customer's requirements.
Faulty, damaged, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods are handled separately in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
UK consumers have statutory rights requiring goods to be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, and these rights cannot be excluded by store terms. GOV.UK
12. Limited stock
Some FluffSquatter products are released in small quantities, particularly seasonal collections.
Where we describe stock as limited, this reflects actual or expected availability.
Restocking is not guaranteed.
13. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the FluffSquatter name, branding, original graphics, mascot artwork, website content, photographs and other original materials displayed on this website belong to FluffSquatter or are used with appropriate permission.
They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.
14. User-submitted content
If you send us photographs, videos or other content, this does not automatically give us unrestricted permission to use that content for marketing.
Where appropriate, we may ask for permission before featuring customer content on our website, advertising or social media.
15. Website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
We may update, maintain or change parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
16. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, these terms do not exclude responsibility for faulty goods, goods that are not as described, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
UK consumer contract terms must be fair and transparent; businesses cannot simply use terms to remove statutory responsibility for faulty or misdescribed products. GOV.UK
17. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service when our products, services or legal requirements change.
The version applying to your purchase will generally be the version in effect when you placed your order.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.
If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections available to you under the law applicable where you live.
